CubSee was originally created because as parents, we wanted certainty that the streaming service our nursery was using was safe from outside eyes.

So when we set out to build CubSee, security was at the forefront of our minds. And now, CubSee protects our own children's nursery.

How does it work?

If you have an existing CCTV system (even if it's from another provider), CubSee most likely already supports it. We'll ask you for some details about it, and possibly schedule a site visit.

If we are your first streaming provider, we work with trusted installation partners to provide you with a modern CCTV system which is fully CubSee ready.

Of course, if you decide CubSee isn't right for your nursery, your CCTV system is yours to keep.

Installation day.

If you have an existing system, we'll need to visit your site for 1-2 hours to install a hand sized box. This box securely links your CCTV DVR to CubSee's cloud systems using an encrypted tunnel. We'll also set up the rooms and camera names, to make sure parents get sent to the right stream. Finally, we'll ask you about the timeslots your nursery offers and enter those into your CubSee system - parents will only be able to access the stream in their allocated time.

If we are supplying you with a complete system, installation time will depend on how large your nursery is and your building layout. We'll do our best to ensure the installation doesn't impact your business.

Go-Live Day!

We'll email you a link to begin setting up your first staff account. Once you're in, you can start adding parent's emails, either by hand or using our bulk import functionality.

Now you can use CubSee's built in admin tools to track usage, while parents enjoy the peace of mind that comes with being able to see their child is happy and enjoying nursery!
